I do both and FMTY as well. My outcall rates includes a outcall upcharge (subject to my discretion) that must be paid before I leave. To do direct to residence I will need between several days to a week to properly screen you and make a decision on if I will see you at your residence, I may decline your residence but still accept a outcall.

Incalls are preferred so I will be more likely to accept them. My hours are also reflective of incall hours at this time – soon I will distinguish when I would be able to book outcalls within my working hours (subject to days off from just outcall).

During the summer I am fully available during for full dates and incalls the days starting in the early after noon and through 10 pm weekdays or 11 pm weekends (outcalls subject to earlier cut off  times).

During the academic year I have less time and am more likely to only see dates on weekends.

My current rates are on summer special as I have more time. When the fall semester hits my prices will go back up and I will see people less.

Typically 1/5th-1/4th of the overall donation. At any point you can put more down on our time while leading up to a booking. Without a deposit I  won’t consider you booked, only tentative, and ultimately still considered available for booking. Only deposits guarantee you time with me.

I reserve all rights to cancel, block and keep deposits if my requirements and/or boundaries are violated. Cancelation will not guarantee a return of a deposit.

You can reschedule one with no fee if it’s 4 hours or more before our booking. Cancelation from a date will be only allowed without penalty if 48 hours in advance, less than that and there will be based on my discretion.
